After taking part  as a facilitator in Sedona Method seminars in Albany (Western Australia) and Brisbane (Queensland); Sedona and Tucson, AZ; Pasadena, CA and Durango, CO this past year, I am repeatedly struck by one thing that runs like a golden thread through all the stories and drama and struggle and suffering that are effortlessly and quickly dissolved by the folks who decide to “get themselves into the room” and let go. Sedona Method Road Trip Releasing Tips   One thing about road trips (and about life): expect change—isn’t that the most appealing feature of it all? TIP: stay open to whatever is unfolding before you. Notice if there’s any wanting to change—and let go!   My wife Annrika and I recently completed an enjoyable loop from Sedona to San Francisco, then over to Lake Tahoe and back home.
